I was born and raised in the CSRA and first "cut my teeth" in business at the tender age of 10 by working for my father (Roy) and grandfather (Calvin) in the mercantile and farming business in Dearing, Georgia. Upon leaving high school, I went into the finance business where I soon excelled and was made office manager over a $1,000,000 portfolio for two southeastern power house financial institutions. These two jobs, I truly loved, but they were not conducive to raising a new family. So I left these jobs and began working for Harlem Police Department as a radio operator. I quickly discovered that the "action" was on the streets, so I applied for and attended Basic Mandate Police Academy. After graduating, I worked for Harlem Police Department for approximately five years; rising up the ranks to eventually being promoted to Lieutenant. Still seeking more action and feeling a greater need to help people, I left Harlem PD and went to Grovetown Department of Public Safety with the rank of Sergeant. After serving the fine citizens of Grovetown, an opportunity arose for me to go to work for McDuffie County Sheriff's Office; first as a road patrol deputy, but eventually rising to be a Criminal Investigator that handled all investigations from theft to heinous murders. I was known as a top negotiator. I stayed in law enforcement for twenty five years serving others! It was during this time, another love was discovered. REAL ESTATE! I have managed properties for seventeen years from residential units to multi unit apartment complexes worth in the MILLIONS! All the while keeping units occupied, maintained and rents collected. I am also a seasoned house flipper having done close to 100 that ALL MADE MONEY! I also own a new construction and house remodeling business that is very successful. There is no one that is harder working for clients in finding deals and negotiating them than myself. I literally live & breathe Real Estate!
